connect to Webex to enable Level 3 access to the console.

We need techs who have experience working in data colos, and have the following experience/skills:
· Support multiple technologies including: DSL, Cable Broadband, Ethernet Over Copper, TDM, and Fiber
· Utilize necessary Provisioning/Testing/Repair software
· Interact and repair DSLAM edge devices
· Local configuration of servers, switches, & routers
· Termination of: DS0, DS1, & DSC
· Cleaning/polishing of Fiber terminations
· Use WAN test sets (DS1 & DS3, fiber light testers, etc,)
· Understanding of Colo environment
· Understanding of DC power
· Basic understand of AC power (testing outlets)

Technicians will need to pick up equipment at the designated UPS store

- Technicians will then bring equipment to designated Office Depot location and replace the defective pin pad(s) and/or part.
- Technicians are then to return defective pin pad(s) to the local UPS Store (using the return shipping label included with the new equipment)
*Office Depot Service Calls are received on a daily basis, and can be completed anytime during the hours of 10am and 6pm on the date that is listed.
